I needed to get a high end laptop, and due to some confusion we ordered it late. Simplicity and Jeremy came back swiftly, organised stock, and sorted out an early delivery for me. They could easily have waited till Monday and delivered it then, but they knew I really wanted it before the weekend; and they made an extra special effort to not only deliver on Friday, but on Friday morning.
The delivery guy told me he had been told to expedite this order, and I really, really appreciate it.
My business partner placed the order through them, and we'll be sticking with them from now on. They kept us informed the whole way through the process, and the service was out of this world!
