Ordered an in stock item from [URL Removed] (Managed and operated by Introstat (Pty) Ltd) and paid via immediate banking payment. Was promised delivery within a couple days. Made enquiry a couple days later, was told of a further delay. Was then promised first thing AM delivery the next business day. I warned that if it wasn't delivered first thing the order would be cancelled.By 12 noon the item was still not delivered. I gave notice of cancellation of order with my banking details for refund. I've since had no reply (even though I requested confirmation) and I'm still waiting for the refund. Absolutely appalling service and highlights this online retailer as one to avoid. Interest is going to be raised against them should refund be delayed any further.
