Faulty inspiron 15

I recently purchased a Dell inspiron r15. I have had it for 3 weeks. It comes out with Waves Maxx Audio, After my first update the sound on my computer simply does not exist. I have spent so many hours trying to download drivers etc with no luck. I just feel that this is ridiculous and it is something that should be on a laptop with no complications. I am not the only person that is complaining about this, there are hundreds of people on DELLS WEBSITE STATING THE SAME. I know its a driver, but why advertise and sell something that does not work??
