What a winner of a platform to have grievances heard (and resolved). Thanks to the HELLOPETER platform, the majority of grievances experienced have come to speedy resolutions. Majority of the grievances were communications and/or feedback related and focussing attention on the matter have served us well with follow-up calls and emails to ensure that the matter gets corrected.
Well done and keep up the good work. It is highly appreciated to have an intermediary available to help when an obvious point of contact seems lacking.
