Inconsistent Pricing

I went into Hokanya to find out if I purchase a computer case from there store and have the components moved over from the old chassis to the new one how much it would be.

There was a Black woman leaning on the counter chatting up a security gaurd who simply responded "YAh? "
i then explained what i wanted to her to which she replied R400, i left the store and thought that cant be right it is simply too expensive.

a few hours later i phoned and a man answered the phone his price was R200,

how is this possible??
absolutely unacceptable to change your pricing according to different personnel.
