CM Storm Sirus 5.1 keeps breaking

I bought a cm storm sirus 5.1 headset and the left ear-cup keeps suddenly making bad scratching and distorting noises at even very low level... this is now my 2nd pair and i am really unhappy.

Please fix this issue.
