I approached the above company for a quote to extend the vibacrete in the back garden together with some razor wire installation. a quote was given minus the work for razor wire as the company emailed to say they where waiting for it .i informed cape of storm that their price was competitive for the vibacrete and i would give it some thought. i chose to go with another company, who provided me with a full quote and started the work upon receipt of the deposit. Sean from cape of storm drove by my home on the weekend and on seeing the work in progress sent me a nasty email saying i was not honest and trustworthy.. i feel as a customer i do not owe any provider a reason for not choosing a company and feel this is poor business ethics. one should clearly be able to accept the choices a client makes and move on. writing to me and accusing me is highly unprofessional. HIS QUOTE WAS DONE ON A BUSINESS LEVEL AND MY DECISION WAS BASED ON THIS.
