Bad Bad Customer Service

On the 19th of June 2013 I bought 2 computers from House and Home in Mayville. The Sahara storms 2013 and the Lennovo Core I3. The specs of the Lennovo Core I 3 as advertised was 750GB HDD 4GB RAM and loaded with Windows 8. After returning home and starting up the Lennovo laptop I realized that it was loaded with Windows 7 and not 8. I decided to check the rest of the specs and found that the HDD was a 500GB and not 750GB advertised. I contacted the sales consultant who was very helpful at the store and she said that she will sort it out for me. She phoned me back and said that I must bring the computer back and that sahara would exchange it for me on the Monday the 24 the of June 2013. Today is the 2nd of June and I still have no Lennovo back with the right specs. The sales lady is relaying the updated to me, but Sahara does not come to the party. Every day promises are made but they do jot keep up with these promises. They delivered the computer twice to the store which was the wrong one and they had to send it back. I bought a Lennovo and want a Lennovo back with the specs as advertised.

Please help me in this matter because my patience is running out!
