I bought an external hard drive @CNA East gate mall in April 2013, and my warranty with the store is 1 year, in December the HHD just stop working i took to CNA for repairs in Dec 13, they told me to bring it in, in January 14 cause their supplier is closed for Dec period. Fine, i waited until the second week of Jan to submit for repairs, after 4 working days they told me Sahara won't take it. i must bring it myself so they can charge me 4 repairing their products, and I ask for the number of the person in charge of repairs (Eric) since then i have been calling no answer, he is always not at his desk and no one is willing to take my calls.

Elias from CNA, the only reliable person I know in retail dept., big up to him for keeping me updated.

Eric the bad guy keeps telling Elias to tell me to format my HHD, because is full and has Virus, how does he know cause he hasn't seen it, I can't format non-working HHD and am very sure it doesn't have viruses and it is not full. My complaint is why can't they book my HHD because it's still under warranty? Why do I have to take it to Sahara while i didn't buy it from there? Such bad service for Sahara, Epic fail.
