Hi there, i'd complained awhile ago about the service i received from matrix sasolburg, i was there last weekend and service was excellent, i was greeted as soon as i was in the door and was asked if they could help with anything, i'd replied with "looking and an i5 setup (motherboard, RAM, cup) the rest of the stuff i've got, they showed me a complete box and then i replied again saying i only need the internals, they then asked me which i5 would i like and said would like the 3rd gen k series, and they picked up the phone straight away and started phoning the suppliers, thank you
