I took my computer to them to have my hard drive backed up, re-formatted and Windows 7 reloaded. I asked them to not lose any of my information in the process. When I got it back I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was as I had it previously. Well done to Matrix Cresta, I will definitely go back to them and recommend them to my friends and family.
