I've just tried to comment on a response to a complaint I made, yet when wanting to post the response I am offered to either post the response via Facebook or Yahoo... why?
I don't want to advertise to the world that I have a problem with the company I am complaining about, and secondly I don't have a Yahoo account (discrimination!).
Anyway, is there any way around this issue as I'd like to respond to the feedback I've received on your side.
