I bought a Lenovo laptop at Russell's Furniture in November 2012. In March 2013 it started giving me problems, as the n b and space button stop working, I then took it back to Sahara, which I booked a called with Norma, she gave me a ref # 2567, a week later they collected the Laptop at Russell's. a month later I was called and told that I need to pay - R5000 for my laptop to be fixed, as the LCD is damaged and the arrow keys, are also not working, a refused to pay this, as I bought the laptop on hire purchase and is still paying insurance for it. weeks later I tried calling Norma to no luck. I was then referred to Chester, he told me that the same story that Norma told me, I refused, and requested that they return the laptop, he said that I need to pay a quote rejection fee. I requested that me mail me these quotes, till today I still haven't received anything. it is end of May now I still don't have any luck with these people and they keep saying that they investigating the query, but they never get back to me, and when I call them then I get answers such as "I don't know what to do, " Chester even went as far as saying that he is not dealing with me anymore. please help
