New Tech contacted our company, now selling concentrated cleaning products. Agreed to a purchase of 1 x 25lt Drum which was received and paid for. Three months later contacted again with a story that made it sound like they had made a mistake and only sent part of the delivery - made sense as it seemed very expensive even if it was "super concentrated". delivery of two more 25lt drums arrives followed shortly thereafter by an invoice. After much deliberation, this invoice was settled on their terms of a discount and two payments. Six months later, they contact us again saying they have an outstanding order for more product. Well you can guess what i told them this time! If they do deliver, it will be sent right back to them
