I purchased a mass effect 3 game on monday and started playing it, i continued playing it the next day only for it to freeze a few minutes went by and it unfroze, not even 2 minutes it froze again and would not unfreeze from that place. I eventually had to switch it off by the wall as no controlls was working. When i turned my ps3 on again a message poped up saying that all my data has been erased, and now my ps3 is useless and unusable. I went to the glens bt games branch where i purchased the game and was told that it is not there problem and that they will not refund any money unless a error message is shown. How do i show them that if my ps3 doesnt do anything, the above lady Eve swore me and gave me really bad assistance with no advice. I dont go onto the internet with my ps3 as i look after my goods, i have always and only purchased my games from bt games and now i get all these problems. When i tried phoning and asking Eve for the complaints number she refused and gave my dad attitude and passed the phone to T who gave the complaint number with alot of hesitation. What and who will pay for my machine to get fixed and who will refund me for the game as i dont want problems.
