We signed online for a free trial of the virtual server, we were told that we had some credits but never used them. we were surprised to get a bill of over R300, the following month it was more than a R1000 and now its R38. Needless to say that on the first month of billing we gave an instruction to cancel account however to date the account hasn't been cancelled.
