Bad experience in Northgate Centre

Went to pq store in Northgate to do a refund, just when I entered with my packet the guy by the name of Edward told me that the store doesn't do refund, just when I walked out of the store he asked me to come back if I really want to return the item I had. Such shocking experience in my entire life whereby staff treating customers that way, manner of approaching and addressing customer very bad and upsetting
