Shocking customer service and bad attitude

7months ago the petrol attendant filled my car with petrol instead of diesel. when i asked for the cash discount for diesel, he said it was only for petrol, confused, i realised what had happened and fortunately was just in time not to start my engine. however, no one at the petrol station knew how to siphon the petrol, i was inconvenieced by having to leave my car there for the night so their "mechanic" could do it the next day.
The following day i fetched my car, but as i drove away i realised the fuel guage wasnt working. it has taken me 7 months to sort the problem out myself. yes Engen had no problem paying for the part, but the time and driving around between different suppliers and mechanics and auto electricians that i have had to go to over the past 4months has been ridiculous. i confronted the owner, after waiting 3months, just for for the part, i asked him to refund me for my diesel for all the driving around i was doing and he said NO! i was shocked. i am a full time student, it was Engen's fault, yet i must sort out all the hassles and troubles that came along with their silly mistake, i had to make the time, and he didnt help me once or did the owner follow up. disgust
