I ordered a starter, 2nd hand, but the salesman Jan called me to say the one they had was not in good condition and if I paid them an extra amount he could send me a new starter. A 2nd hand one arrived and on top of it, it was the wrong starter even though my calls and email expressly stated which starter I needed. When I called to ask them to send me the right one and or refund me Jan and his "manager" Fidel shouted at me as if I was in the wrong saying that I had ordered a 2nd hand starter and the incorrect one. This despite the fact that I have emails proving what I asked for. When I asked for the owner I was told that Herve the owner was out of the country. I saw their other business, the service centre's phone numbers on the site and when I called there to my surprise Herve was in? Sadly Herve is not much better than his staff and it seems clear that his staff follow his lead of shouting at customers and being unwilling to help them. Herve has given me the run around too telling me he will deal with this when it suits him whilst I sit with a starter that I cannot use. these people are nothing but and I warn anyone to be very careful of them
