Needed training aids for today (27/4/2013) items were in SA on the 19th, customs paid on the 23rd and after numerous calls and promises I had to hire alternative devices at HUGE cost because it takes TNT a week to clear a package that has ALL the relevant paperwork!
Calling the call centre is a joke, people promise to call back and nothing happens, I was promised by John (the only guy that actually calls back) that items will be here Saturday morning as the "manager" said it will be delivered at whatever cost! story!
Why must we pay more than R6000 for "express" shipping only to be treated as a sub-par client???
