Pathetic service from huyndai parow

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Hyundai inparow, Capetown about a month ago, on the 21 of march 2013. I was due to take delivery of the vehicle the following week. In this perdiod the salesman (Raymond Kleinbooi) identified some flaws on the vehicle that they would like repair for me and one of of them was that they will repair the scratches on the vehicle as part of their service. The day I took delivery of the vehicle I saw there was scratch the on back door and he gave me some lame excuse why its not rep. Since I was leaving for the long weekend. The morning of easter Friday i was about to leave as planned but with a a scratched car, I left capetown 5am the morning. I drove for 100 kms and got to a fuel station and realised that the car had no lisence disc. Long story short I had to drive back 100 kms and tried to get the salesaman to give the disc. Although their numbers is displayed on the shop window (emergency numbers) they did not answer their phones, especially the manager Jonas. Although i got the disc, im still waiting for him to replay on my message, al least an apology or something, and refund me for the 200kms I drove back. And the way forward to repair the door.
