On April 17, 2013 I took my car to Hatfield Car Service City for service. Upon collecting my car I noticed unusuall sound when I eccelerate. The following morning I opened my bonnet to see what could the problem be. I was shocked to realise that the pipe to the air filter was not put back and the air did not flow. I also noticed that the oil filter was also not replaced. I paid a good R1 800 for that service. Then I received an sms asking me if I was satisfied with the service. I smsed back the problems I encountered. A lady called me but all she was interested in was a survey. I rated them 5 and another lady called to find out if I really rated them 5. No one every called me recarding my problem. Is this how CSC operate, take our money and not do the job.
