Car in for repairs (mandf). I needed an automatic vehicle, as mine is as well. I have paid regularly for the benefit at MandF (Avis delivered a manual, and blame Mutual AND Federal??? Made several calls, e-mails and complaints, getting nowhere. The car is standing in my garage. I want a full refund of my R750 deposit, AND CARE HIRE PREMIUMS, and an apology from both of these incompetent companies.
