Steve was absolutely impatient with me

Steve, the supervisor at Engen Garage was unhelpful to the max. I took my car for a wash at 10am and left to go back to work and between getting the slip and leaving the car in the washing dock, I unintentionally took the keys and they could not move my car. I was obviously unaware of this and I was stuck at work till 7pm and when I got to the garage a few minutes past seven, I was told Steve left with the keys and my car was locked -in. The other staff was extremely helpful in making the necessary phone calls. Unfortunately I was forced to take a taxi home and pick up my car this morning at 8. I arrived this morning and apologised for not leaving my keys and requested my car, but Steve was difficult, my car was not washed and he claimed I did not pay because there was no slip. Steve went to the back and miraculously found my slip and demanded that I do not go to work and wait for my car. I told him to forget it and I am going to work and gave him my keys and I left for work. I noticed that he does not respect or trust his subordinates and in-turn they do not have a good working relationship it seems because he could not even leave the car-wash keys at work with 1 of the employees.
