I would like to complain about VW South Africa has absolutely NO Customer satisfaction and also stay away From VW in Zeerust (volks motors) as they do not do what they are supposed to when servicing the car and when selling cars about the parts changed at services and vw south Africa cant do anything about it as the dealerships are independently owned I have never ever heard such a load of this is my 5Th V.W and the cars are great but the service from the dealers are shocking and VW sa are just there as a middle man to Chase up the price you pay for the car as they are of no assistance what so ever!!! might as well buy a Japanese car, the car will be horrible but customer service will be much better than at VW a global company with useless people in s.a
