As per my complaint on the 8th March 2013, where I stated that my watch was out of my car after I took it for a service at peugeout Cape Town on the 19th February 2013 - No has come back to me with a proper solution. Peugeout has requested that I provide them with a proof of purchase but how can I if the watch was a gift? Nonetheless I had requested that my friend please give me the purchase slip but she hasnt got it. I explained this to Warren at Peugeout and he said he would speak to the manager and to date no one has gotten back to me. I have phoned Peugeout countless times and it seems to me I am just being ignored. I have told Warren that I feel like I am the one that have done something wrong? yet my watch was from me. I need to know what is going on as this is unacceptable behavior from PEUGEOUT!!
