Nissan South Africa
Sold Faulty Ca

I bought a car a new Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Kuilsriver, the person who sold me the car is Themba Nikelo. On 30 November 2012 I received the car. On 1 December, while I was driving the break and abs lights appeared on the dashboard and the same time the odometer and the speedometer stopped functioning. I immediatedly reported this to the salesperson, who advised that I take it to a Nissan dealership. After the vehicle was assessed by Nissan they say that the problem was caused by the tracker, which was installed on 6 December. Nissan has put the blame on the tracker company who are also refusing to take the blame as the problem was already there. I have not had the car since 12 December as the car has not been fixed yet, meanwhile I'm paying the bank instalment for this car. I have told the salesperson at Nissan that I no longer want this car altogether and that they must either give me a new car or refund me/bank the money. However, they are not doing anything and I am greatly inconvenienced by this. Moreover I am being robbed by Nissan who are now using the tracking company as a scapegoat.
