Un informed billing

On receiving hired vehicle I was not explained what i was signing for. Lady at desk was in a hurry due to it been very busy. All she explained was that I need to pay a R750.00 deposit for the vehicle for fuel or i could fill the fuel in vehicle when retuning it and the full monies will be re imbursed back into my account. I returned vehicle back on the 09.01.2013 and to date the monies have not been returned. Now, they deducted R513 for some wavier cover that i signed for. There is no talk of the R750 that was paid and on top of that they have deducted a futher R513 from my account for the wavier cover. All i was told is that the vehicle has unlimited mileage and that the vehicle should be returned on the 09.01.2013. There was no mention of wavier costs. I am absolutely disgusted with the service of Avis. They have not called me once yet they have my money
