On my 2012 Nissan Qashqai I have had 3 blown headlights within one 60000km. On phoning Nissan Customer care I was told that they are aware of the problem but due to it being a consumable, the customer must pay for the replacement. I feel that this is very POOR service from a leading car manufacturer as they do not have a solution for what seems to be a common problem on the Qashqai's.
The customer comes first - REALLY.
