Good day.
I am really disappointed with the service being rendered by this branch. My car was involved in a minor accident in December 2012 and was authorized for repairs in early January by Regent. I was referred to this branch as the repairer of choice by the insurance. Initially, when I booked it in, I was given a date in February as they apparently had a backlog. 2 days before it was due, I phoned to make arrangements to drop it off, but was told that they had a backlog and gave me a date of the 13/03/2013. On the said day, I took my car in and activated the car hire option on my insurance. It has been well over a month now that my car has been with them, and everytime I phone, there is a story with regard to the progress on my vehicle. The insurance only paid for 30 days car hire and I am left without any means of transport. I have since spent way more than the excess amount required on car hire. On Friday, 19/04/2013, I got through to the manager, Tony, who said that my car was being sprayed and will be polished and hopefully ready early this week. It is still being repaired as I type this. Their communication also leaves a lot to be desired. Nx.
