Booked in the a Renault Clio with a suspected clutch ; asked owner Leon to and report giving a breakdown of repair bill ; on following up after no one has come back to me ; it was reported that the clutch was replaced but only after testing the Renault they discovered that the noise that we questioned is still there
If they have tested the Renault in the first place as we asked them the repair could have beed done one time ; now i have to double pay for the labour that need to be done to fix the original problem
they don't come back to me nor give the service one is paying for ; have a terrible attitude when been confronted with their negligence
as per the C.P.A act we have not signed any job card to give the go ahead to do the job ; i want the Renault to be fixed but just think that because they didn't do a proper repair the first time ; the cost of labour they have to carry the cost of labour ; which they refused to do
