BAD SERVICE AND UNWILLING TO HELP NEW POTENTIAL CU

I thought i would look for a cheap new/ used car so I went on to the website [URL Removed] and saw a clio 3 there and wanted to know if it is available in automatic - seeing that i only have an automatic drivers license.

so I emailed the peroson on asking to inform me about an automatic renult clio 3 to which i got a reply "I DONT KNOW" just that! so i replyed asking if the peoson is willing to do their job and find out.

needless to say a week has passed and still no answer to whether the car is available in automatic from them.

if this is the way [URL Removed] want to business they can keep it because this is Pathetic to treat a new potential client like this.
