When anyone look at the GWM website, don't be fooled by their empty promises - "Our network of 78 dealerships around South Africa will ensure that you get the efficient after-sales support you need." This is exactly the opposite what they deliver.

I couldn't get any grace out of the sales manager at GWM Malmesbury whom I bought the vehicle from, after a couple of hours from buying the vehicle I phoned to inform her everything is not 100% and they need to fix the problems - (which wasn't small problems, but big things like NO water in the radiator and things you don't expect being a issue on a vehicle with 28 000km on the clock.)

After she was so unpleasant and unhelpful I worked directly with Pertro Burnett, the "Dealer Princepal" who doesn't answer any of my phone calls nor reply to my emails for a month now.

After phoning GWM Headoffice in Johannesburg, the Service Manager Leon Ellis also ignore my emails and when I get hold of him by phoning him, he always say, he will phone me back in a couple of minutes - needles to say I have never received a phone call from him.

I'm just sharing my experience and EVERYONE should think twice before you purchase a vehicle from GWM!
