We had left our vehicle with BMW Alberante to be sold over period of two and half weeks.
Herewith a list of bad services received:
- Empty promises: the sales person (Maggs) promised to phone back at least 10 times during this period, but could only manage to phone me back once, this was after I had complained to his manager.
- When I wanted to fetch the vehicle from them, they kept indicating potential buyers that were interested in it, there was also a potential of the dealership buying the vehicle from me as mentioned by the sales person. At the end the vehicle was not sold, I had to pay another instalment on the vehicle and overnight their cash flow changed such that they could not buy the vehicle anymore-after I complained to head office about the lack of feedback.
- I was not notified of their change in cash flow nor when deals fell through preventing the sale.
- After phoning head office to complain about the lack of feedback; instead of receiving an apologetic phone call from his manager Charl, he arrogantly stated that his sales people can not phone back every 5mins
1 phone call in 2 1/2 weeks does not count as 5mins.
