I am awaiting an MTN modem since thursday last week, first they take it to the wrong address, then the next day I am told it will come to my workplace. I wait the entire day and nothing still.
i AM FINALLY FED UP AND CALLED THE PERSON INCHARGE FOR MTN DELIVERIES, CHRISTOPHER, HE ASSURES ME HE WILL SEND MY GOODS TODAY MORNING .
Guess what it is after 1 and still no delivery.
Is RTT that incompetent?
really I am disgusted at this lack of service and integrity
