I sent my car in because of a "knock" noise which my car makes sometimes if I have the stearing turned to the right and when I reverse, also for the interior alarm sensors which don't work and the cover is loose.
First I called Chantelle to book the car in which she confirmed is done.The day I brought the car in she said the car wasn't booked in, even tho she confirmed that the car was booked in.
I received the car back and on the way to my work the entire alarm sensor panel fell out of the roof, hanging from the wires, is this acceptable?
I've sent emails to the service department and the branch manager that these issues have not been resolved.This was over a month ago and still nothing has been done about this.
The service dept manager did contact me 3 weeks ago to meet me at my work the next day and fix the issue. He just never pitched up.
It seems that if they sell a car then there is no after sale service what so ever.
I won't be buying my fiance's car from this dealership, even tho Duane is a excellent sales guy, the aftermarket service is just not there from the rest of the staff.
