On the 21st of January I did contact FORD via their website to make sure that a damaged ignition is still falling under warranty. This after a bad experience a few months ago when the gear lever came loose and we were made to pay the repairs as the lever was considered a "LOOOSE PART" by a Ford dealer.
To cut a long story short, Ford has not even bothered to get back to me within a week, just showing how much they appreciate their customers.
A good advise to all of you out there - stay away from any Ford due to unrealiable products and services!
