Everyday when I call this branch for my R750 refund upon returning the hired car, I get told the money will be put in the bank the following day. I do not mind the technical glitches that happens but why deceive or to the client if the problem hasnt been dealt with unlike giving the client hope that something will be done promply.
They always promise that they will come back to me, to no avail, there is no customer care at all there. I am very much dissapointed and I do not think all budget car hire are like that. Please do something about customer care at that brunch.
