I have purchased a Tata Indica 1.4 ltd from drive car sales. Within two months rust is appearing all over the car. I contacted TATA with alot of effort as their phones are never working. Drive car says contact Tata (Dawie Gouws) and Tata says drive car sales purchases the vehicles from them so they must sort it out. So no one wants to take accountability for the defected car they sold to me., I expect a new car as once rust is in a car it spreads like a cancer and cant be stopped. I bought a new car or what I thought was a new car and what was sold to me as a brand new car so that i WOULDN'T have these problems As for the earn as u drive is a huge in my opinion as i had to follow up on 2 sales because I knew the ppl and that they had received their vehicles. I have had over 65 interested and only show 2 sales. Statistics show 1 out of every 10 should be a sale. Their excuse is they have so many people to phone, yet it is my income they are playing with and you must really be bad at selling if you cant close more than 2 deals out of 65 interested. Is this a? Are we being sold cars that are defected? Is this within the law to do so and portray it as a brand new
