COMPANY IS BILLING ME FOR INCORRECT AMOUNT

I purchased a Hyundai I10, Chassis Number MALAN51BLBM903842 21 August 2012. The kilometre reading is 21477. At the end of April 2013 I, received a call from Rhuan Oosthuysen from the accounts management department at Ariva to inform me that my kilometer reading was more than 32 000. He also said that the kilometre reading when I purchased the car was was 50km. He said this is 200% more than is allowed in the 6 month period. He said that I therefore owe Ariva R17900 extra to cover these kilometres. He said that this amount would be debited from my account over 6 months. The starting kilometer reading that Ariva has is incorrect. This means that I have not exceeded the maximum number of km allowed in the first six months of the contract. I pointed this out to Mr Oosthuysen and he committed to having this corrected. According to Mr Oosthuysen, the debit order for the outstanding amount has been reversed but the Ariva records have not been updated to reflect the correct starting kilometre reading. Since then I have called Mr Oosthuysen at least ten times
