I bought a secondhand bakkie from Duttons Volkswagen Sasolburg. Before I bought the bakkie, I told them there is no cover at the back, but on the add there is one. The sales manager said he will sort it out. I bought the bakkie and a week or so later I phoned him and asked about the cover. He said, Oh, the picture is a different bakkie. I said its not my problem what pictures they used, you said I will get a cover. At the end of the discussion he said he is not going to fight about a cover, he will send me one in 2 months time because apparently that's how long it takes to get one from the suppliers. At the end, absolutely nothing happened. That's the lie. On the other hand. He did not respond to any of my mails, and I mean not even one! I had to phone him every time, even after I sent him a mail. FREAKEN GOOD ATTITUDE FROM A MANAGER!!!
I cannot believe how easy it is for him to people like that!!!
