I am sending you this email to remind you of the term on which we had agreed to work on my vehicle. It has been more than 3 months now that Vee motors has had my car, and have incurred huge expenses due to this inconvenience.
I am extremely unhappy with the service I am receiving from your company. My representatives and I have made several calls to you asking about the progress on my car and have been receiving no clear feedback from you.
As you are aware, I brought my fully functional car in to your workshop for a routine service on the 3rd of January 2013, and three days after receiving my car back from your workshop experienced a short-circuit. You have had possession my vehicle to date (12 April 2013).
I am sure you are aware of the severity of this poor service, and I ask that you provide clear date on when I can collect my car.
