I purchased my Citroen at Citroen Umhlanga and I live in Empangeni. I had my car serviced on 08 April 2013 and was told that they have to change certain parts which they didnt have stock of. A few days ago, my husband gets a call saying the parts have arrived. I now have to take time off work again as well as incur travelling costs to Durban. I spoke to the Manager on 23 April advising him of the inconvenience caused and he understood saying he will call me back. After no response I called him back today and he says that he can not reimburse me in anyway, they dont provide for that. I just feel its unfair that I have to incur all the extra costs because they did not have the parts available at the time of the service.
