How NOT to treat the custome

Stopping for fuel, a very untidy, unprofessional member approached with "Ya? " I explained that I'm late for a meeting & that I need R250 of 93 Unleaded. It look the him 10 minutes to decide which pipe was the correct one, sticking firstly the Super & then the Unleaded pipe into my vehicle. He confirmed not twice, but three timed the amount that I wanted in such a rude way as if I'm wasting HIS time... I explained that I'm paying by card, he replied: "Ya, come here! " I had to leave my vehicle open & unattended to go & swipe my card outside at the shop's window! The cashier told him that he could've taken the hand held to my car - the answered her in a very rude way. How disgusting! I explained again that I'm late for my meeting, he replied: "Listen here, I'm busy, I'm helping you! Don't be like that, okay?! " I felt very small & humiliated in front of his fellow staff. Even the cashier pointed to him. I refuse to ever support Total Bonjour in Viljoenstreet, Krugersdorp again. #Very disappointed! :(
