Shocking Service at VW Travcor York!!

My car was taken to VW George on the 10/04. I needed transport to get to work and back, but nothing was made available to me in the 3 weeks my car was there. Notification was given 2 days later that I would get my car back by 19/04. This was not the case, my car was returned to me on the 26th after a payment request on the 25th, the payment was made via EFT. ON return of my car I noticed the scratch on the drivers side door, the passengers electronics weren't working, the LCD screen damaged, immobilizer not working and the windows not working as well as R100 petrol missing. This was reported to the manager and with little interest he replied that the fault was mine yet no reports filled out by them reported these faults. I logged a complaint with VW Customer service with no results, the incident was taken up with secretary of Mr David Powells (Managing Director). At last something was happening. Now 3 weeks without transport and more money spent I recieved my car still with various faults. Thus far after many attempts no contact has been made from VW side to rectify the problem and EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want a damaged car contact VW Travcor York, George
