Have been in the market for a new vehicle, and have gone pillar to post from dealership to dealership, being met with ignorance, arrogance and complete ambivalence.
A colleague suggested Peugeot, and having not visited them yet, and knowing they were around the corner from my office, I called up and spoke to Gideon. From the outset he was friendly and accomodating, arranged a test drive within 30minutes, provided an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and was honestly the first salesman that made me feel like a customer.
From there, his feedback and service has been nothing short of remarkable. Unfortuntately it did not materialise in a sale, but the level of effort and commitment Gideon showed was worth mentioning.
Peugeot - hold onto him, there are few like him out there...
