The LAST time I will ever own a Mini Cooper or have to deal with Leo Haese/BMW. Your service is HORRIBLE, your employees RUDE. You are dishonest and unprofessional. LIARS and failure to inform owners with a reminder of an expired motor-plan. So next time when you KNOW someone's motor-plan will expire at the time of inquiring about a near-future car service DO NOT tell them to leave it another 6 months to a year on purpose so you can find idiotic and senseless faults to fill up your profit gauge.
