I took my Kia Sportage in recently for a major service, cost me an arm and a leg. I am aware that a person should not leave any valuables in the vehicle as they "disappear". However, i had a luggage net in the boot of my vehicle, which "disappeared". I called the branch the next day and spoke to Eddie. He informed me that it was classified as part of the vehicle and i had no reason to remove the luggage net for the service. He told me that he would look into it and get back to me. I have not had a call back since and am really disappointed. If it were my own fault and my wallet or cell phone disappeared, i would understand. But i see this in the same light as i would if my spare tyre went missing for instance.
