Hi there, I have complained everywhere, without any joy. My Hyundai Getz went for a Service on Thursday, 4 April at the Centurion branch. This was the 45000km service done on 44500km 'oil change - oil filter', i have also asked them to check the idling of my car, it was too high. Seems they never did, when i fetched my vehicle i only received my key and 'Enjoy your day'. I truly doubt whether proper inspection was done afterwards. Yesterday i drove my car into town, i experienced bad vibration, my engine lost power as well as momentum, i was forced to stop. I phoned Centurion branch and they only told me that they can only help me on 16 April 2013 and that nobody was available for call out, that was approximately 16h00. I explained that i am stuck alongside the road, women alone, however, they said they cant help. I felt forced to contact roadside assistance who at first reverred me back to Centurion branch, i explained that they are being of no use at all. I felt obliged to request a tow-in, they towed me vehicle to Menlyn Hyundai 'because it was closer'. up till now, nobody phoned me, no feedback, i am the one calling. My vehicle was 100% till after the service!!!
