On Monday morning when I started my car I heard a terrible continuous clapping noise coming from the engine. I drove to Peugeot Fourways immediately for them to help.
I was greeted by Ray in the service department and explained the situation. He helped me immediately and booked my car in. I kept receiving SMSs about the progress and the car was ready for collection at 13:30.
Ray explained that they found a stone stuck between some pulley and a cover in the engine and that it was removed. Didn't cost me anything!
This is the 3rd Peugeot dealership I am trying. The other two (Menlyn and Woodmead) gave me horrible service.
